Overview
These terms govern access to and use of Twerkbay's movement infrastructure, including TwerkOS, the Movement API, and the Global Twerk Index.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Twerkbay infrastructure only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not degrade the performance or integrity of the global movement network.
Service availability
Twerkbay targets 99.999% movement uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Intellectual property
All platform technology, including rhythm models and movement classification systems, remains the property of Twerkbay.
Limitation of liability
Twerkbay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of movement infrastructure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Twerkbay is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
